In this Stage you will get to learn more about yourself and more about those you work alongside every day. The hope is that this tool will provide context and language to those that think differently than you. Upon completion, our hope is that you will learn how all of us at Chick-fil-A Branson fit together as a team and help you lead a diverse group of people, all with different views, mindsets, and ideologies.

Quick and easy steps for completing the first Stage of the LAUNCHPAD

Complete Assessment

You will start by taking the 5 Voices assessment. You will need to create a login with an email and password. Be sure to write this down or keep it in a safe spot in case you forget. You will also want to make note of your “Voice/Pair Assessment” and take a screenshot of that page.

Complete the Questionnaire

After completing the video, answer a few questions.

Schedule a Meeting with Brent Potter
Set up a short meeting with Brent Potter before moving on to the next section.

After completing some follow up questions, be sure to set up a meeting with Brent Potter to go over your results in more depth. Please send Brent the screenshot of your Voice/Pair Assessment before your meeting.
